- TRADITIONAL PASTURE FED HEREFORD CATTLE -
A Calm & Natural Life
FOR OUR TRADITIONAL HEREFORD CATTLE
Our beef herd roam freely over 120 acres of beautiful pasture and graze on a mixture of grasses and herbs, untouched by modern farming methods. They are fed only on our hay during the winter months. This diet is completely natural and means our cattle grow slowly to reach maturity between 24 - 30 months, which is 10 - 16 months older than intensively reared grain fed cattle.
WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY
“Wonderfully tender and succulent fillet steak. Will buy again and can't recommend

Supplying the Best Local Produce
FOR THE SPECIAL MOMENTS IN LIFE
Once reaching full maturity and in their prime, our beef is expertly butchered by Mr Callum Edge. The meat is then hung for 4 weeks to enhance the quality and flavour with a "dry-ageing" process. This superior process ensures that our product is incredibly tender and succulent with a delicious flavour. Our beef is fresh, vacuum packed and boxed, directly from our village farm at Cliffe Bank Estate.
“We must not lose the diversity of our native breeds”
